Willowtree Point is located at 4406 West Lake Road in Mayville, NY on the shores of Chautauqua Lake. Our lakefront community includes 33 Townhomes built in the mid-to–late eighties. We are a planned community with services and amenities funded through quarterly dues paid by the home owners. The community operates under a set of Bylaws and Guidelines. A Board of Directors elected by the homeowners serves on the Willowtree Point Home Owners Association. This team, supported by our property management partner manages the community and its needs.
- Willowtree Point is located approximately 1 mile south of the Chautauqua Institution. It takes just a short walk, bicycle ride or car trip to enjoy the Chautauqua Institution.
